We stayed at Morritts Tortuga Club.
Excellent Boat Diving with Ocean Frontiers.
Much Shore Diving was also in hand.

Cuban Boat Refugees (seriously). Fearful of being taken into custody by the Grand Cayman Police, they stayed in the water (never setting foot on land), fixed their boat, and headed back to the Open Water.
